I GOT MARRIED IN THE YEAR NOV 2010 BUT IN MARCH 2011 MY WIFE LEFT ME AND WENT TO HER PARENT'S HOME. IN THE YEAR JAN 2012 SHE FILED A MAINTENANCE CASE ON ME. IN JAN 2012 AN EXPARTE ORDER OF PAYING 5000 RS PER MONTH AS MAINTENANCE WAS PASSED BY THE FAMILY COURT. IN THE YEAR 2014 SHE FILED ANOTHER CASE OF DOWRY (498). IN NOV 2015 WE GOT DIVORCE. IN APRIL 2018 SHE GOT MARRIED AGAIN. SHE HAS BEEN REGULARLY APPEARING TO FAMILY COURT TO RECEIVE THE MAINTENANCE AMOUNT BUT NOT APPEARING IN THE DOWRY CASE. IT'S BEEN 4 YEARS THE DOWRY CASE IS STILL AT THE STAGE OF EVIDENCE AND FROM LAST 1.5 YEARS NO EVIDENCE IS BEING SUBMITTED TO THE COURT. THERE IS A CLEAR INTENTION THAT SHE FILED THE CASES JUST FOR CLAIMING MONEY FROM ME. WHAT SHALL I DO NOW? I HAVE FILED A CASE TO STOP THE MAINTENANCE NOW. BUT STILL I HAVE TO FACE THE CASE OF DOWRY IN WHICH NONE OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND ME ARE INVOLVED. WHAT REMEDIES DO I HAVE NOW IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES WHEN SHE AND HER FAMILY MEMBERS ARE NOT APPEARING IN THE COURT FOR EVIDENCES.PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS REGARD.
